Screen mirroring does not work for galaxy note 10+

I bought roku express this week 

Model no. 393OX

I tried using screen mirroring using my samsung galaxy note 10+

It seems to work at first, but the screen freezes at the first moment when the mirroring got succeeded.

Please help

I saw the link you sent but there's no solution for the problem I have.

my device seems successfully mirror but instantly stop at the moment right after the mirroring has connected.

Same issue for my Note 10+!  It shows my phone screen on the tv but when I select a particular photo the screen goes dark.  I have found no resolution for this anywhere!!

Have you tried screen mirroring something else on your mobile device to see if you are experiencing the same issue? Have you tried to screen mirror video content?
