I have multiple Roku devices.  On my Roku tv I can cast or screen mirror my smartphone to the device.  When I try to cast or screen mirror Facebook on my other device, my smartphone doesn’t even show that device as an option, but if I try casting or screen mirroring YouTube it shows up.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Need more information.

Need device names+model #s, phone names+model#s, connection type/info.

Casting is "remote control" whereas mirroring is "remote display".

Roku supports DIAL (casting), Miracast (mirroring) and AirPlay2 (casting & mirroring - 4K devices only).

GoogleCast (ChromeCast) is not supported.

Android and Windows devices support Miracast/GoogleCast, whereas Apple devices support AirPlay2.

Without knowing more, you can try:

1) disabling/enabling WiFi on your phones/devices, or

2) rebooting all the devices (Rokus/phones/tablets/modem/router/gateway) or

3) switching WiFi connection from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz or vice versa on phones/devices or Rokus

4) resetting the network connections on all devices
