Screen Flashes Black Every 3 Seconds

I have a Roku Ultra and haven’t had any problems with it until now. Ever since the last system update, April 29th, my screen has been flashing black. The screen flashes black about every three seconds. The flashing continues when I go into other apps, I can still play movies and music but the black screen interrupts the picture and sound though. I have tried resetting my Roku, I have unplugged everything and I can’t find any other solutions online. 
Any other solutions?

My first suggestion would be to try a different HDMI cable. If your TV is 4K/HDR, make sure the cable is certified for 18 Gbps speeds. If it still happens, can you try the Roku on a different TV?
