Try pressing/holding the Reset button for at least 30 seconds. Ignore anything that happens on screen. Continue to press/hold the Reset button for a full 30 seconds. What happens then?

do you mean the reset putting on the roku remote? If so, I did that and nothing changed at all

@drobinson94, the button on the remote is not a reset button - it's a pairing button.  Press and hold the reset button on your Roku device for no less than 30 seconds.

@drobinson94, every Roku device has a reset button.  It may be hidden behind a pinhole.  Did you check out the link I posted where it shows examples of the reset button on many devices?
