I have the same problem on my Roku Ultra. This is only 6 months old, but it looks like the replacement warranty is only 90 days (pretty weak). I have the latest firmware loaded. Seems like this is happening nearly once or twice an hour. Sounds like a common problem. Should be some type of Field Notice or warranty replacement. Very frustrating. Any ideas, Roku support?

My Roku Ultra is 3 days old and does the same thing. I suspect it’s the firmware.
Ultra 4800 – when turning on the TV about 50% of the time we have to disconnect power to get it to start responding again. This is less than two weeks old, Going to return it this week-end. Our older Ultra 4670 (and older Roku's) never had this problem with any of our TVs. This is a big letdown
