Roku tv asking if I want to watch movies and shows on another source

So their are times when I'm sitting watching a movie or TV show on my xbox that I have hooked to my roku tv and the tv has a popup tell me it's available to watch somewhere on roku. I want this setting off of it. why would I change were im watching it when I already have it playing

I've heard of TV manufacturers analyzing what you're watching.  Way too Big Brother for me.  I don't know, but go through the RokuTV's settings (maybe Privacy settings?) and see if there's anything that might affect it.
