So I have had my roku express for a few years now and it’s been working well until last week. I bought a streaming stick so I could give my family the express and now whenever I plug it into my project or smart tv, it won’t even power on. I have tried reseting and leaving it unplugged with no luck.

Could you tell us how your Roku Express is powered? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet? In some cases, the USB power provided by the TV is not sufficient to power the device. We suggest plugging your Roku into a working power outlet in the wall.

If still no dice, try using a different USB cable and/or power adapter.
