I just upgraded my Xfinity internet and both my Rokus will no longer connect to my Xfinity streaming nor any other apps (Netflix, prime, etc). I have a Roku premiere and it is updated to the latest software update 9.4.0. I have only had both of my premiere devices for about a year, a little less. I don't know what to do. Xfinity said it is not their problem and I can not speak to anyone live to troubleshoot the Roku. Can someone please advise?

Is it connecting to the Internet at all? Did you go through the network setup again? Make sure Xfinity didn't disable your 2.4GHz AP when it was upgraded.
