I have many Roku devices and now one of them (40"RCA Roku TV) is not streaming Hulu anymore. I received an email about getting a replacement/upgrade at a reduced cost and I didn't immediately place an order and now it dose not seem to be an option for me.
Very frustrated.
I am having the same issue with a Roku 2xs and HULU. I am wondering if I HAVE TO purchase another device. I did check my settings and made sure that I had all of the LATEST updates. My question is, is my device now trash as HULU is one of my most used stations and now I can't see it OR my add ons (which are via HULU)?
I just searched my email and found an email from Roku and I do have to buy a NEW device. You may want to search your email to see if they sent you something. My email came on 6/18 from roku@email1.roku.com
