I’m having the same problem. Roku Ultra works great on one tv, but gets in the loop trying to install streaming stick +

It might be a funky Stick.

Find the reset hole/button and hold it in a good 30 seconds.

It's the typical wall plug and pin insert into the back of the ROKU.

Previous user reported changing power brick helped him

I tried everything but that and returned mine to Walmart where I bought it.

THAT< FIXED IT. They gave me another that worked.

I am having the same issue. I notice the fix is to have support email something to their users. Could you email me as well with info to fix the loop issue?

Through this whole thread, I tried every fix suggested, multiple times.
Finally gave up trying and returned it where I bought it and they gave me another that worked FINE out of the box.

THAT WAS MY FIX...   I suggest you do the same.

HELP!!  I have the same problem!!   Brand new in box, found it at my mother’s house!! Is there a solution??  Where is Roku support in all this???
