How do I turn off the menu computer lady voice talking when I turn on my Roku, she is telling me how many channels I have and what channels I am going through. I have had this device for over a year and this just started, it never use do this and do not like it.
Press the * button on your remote four times in rapid succession or go into Settings->Accessibility->Audio Guide and disable it. While you're there, disable the Shortcut.

mine just started this annoying **bleep** too i have emailed Tec support and no answer yet

press the star button rapidly 4 times and the annoying lady goes away , if you do it again by mistake she comes back when this happens repeat then she's gone again

For Roku Ultra (4800R):
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Captions Mode, then drop down to Screen reader and select "Off".
Now go back to Screen reader and drop down to Shortcut and select "Disable".
