How do you "clear cache"? My time has been wrong since the last update.
We actually unplugged the Roku and that fixed the problem.
Thanks everyone!
My Roku TV and atomic clocks are correct this morning. Apparently the Colorado time signal was received without disrupted last night...go figure. Lol.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
If you are having an issue with your Roku TV at an incorrect time, customers have reported that unplugging your device for 5-10 minutes then plugging the Roku TV back resolves the issue.
Let us know how it goes! We're hoping this will work for you.
Many thanks,
Mary

To clear cache....
Make sure you are on the HOME screen.
From the remote control, press the following buttons consecutively:
Press Home 5 times.
Press Up Arrow 1 time.
Press Rewind 2 times.
Press Fast Forward 2 times.
It will take 15-30 seconds to clear cache and restart.
Didn't work for me. Neither did turning off TV. Zip code is correct. Any other ideas?
@croke, when you performed that sequence of button presses did the TV restart on its own?
Turning off a Roku TV and turning it back on does pretty much nothing. To truly restart it either unplug the power for several seconds and plug it back in or restart it from the menu - Settings->System->Power->System restart->Restart.
You can always set the time manually from Settings->System->Time.
I have shut tv off and reset it. Wrong time and date happens alot.not happy at all what else to do?
The wrong time issue has happen to my Roku TV twice. I tried everything I could find on the internet to correct the time and nothing worked. The time corrected itself by the next day. I believe the time is an automatic or programed function that requires a time signal. If this time signal is interrupted or not received the time gets screwed up until the next transmitted time signal is received. Anyways, that's my theory.
