I am new to this roku stick, and even though the power is connected to a USB adapter to a 120V outlet. It continues to state low power, your TV doesn't have enough power. But the thing is the stick is not connected to the TV but to a 120V outlet via a USB adapter. What is the issue ?
You should have the following:
Roku branded wall socket, with USB out
USB Extension lead
USB lead with a lozenge in the middle marked Roku and at the other end mini usb ( this plugs into the stick)
Are you using the charger that came with the stick? They don't all output the same amps - read the (usually tiny) print on the charger. Also, have you tried a djfferent USB cable?
It came with a cable but with no charger to plug into a 120v socket.
I am using an extra one that I had from my iPhone.
The Charger will work with your stick+, but the supplied usb cable won't, you should have Advanced Wireless Receiver cable and usb extender to bridge the gap between the stick+ and ac adapter.

I have bought three stick plus and each came with ac adapter, Advanced Wireless Receiver, and usb extender.
We are having the same issue but we have the roku adapter for the 120V and the USB. I tried going to the website for instructions that was given on the low power message and the website is not loading.

had done all of the above and still low power
this containes for my Roku device 3810x and it don't have a usb cable
Thanks for the note.
If you have a Roku Streaming Stick 3810 and are experiencing low power, we would recommend connecting the device to a wall outlet instead of using the TV USB port.
