Thats just a Roku player model (2710), not a Roku TV - only Roku TV's have tuners+antennas and Live TV via the antenna (they are TVs with RokuOS software).
However, there are apps from broadcast TV networks/affiliates/services that DO offer Live TV based upon your current location, and you can install/use those if you want Live TV (some may require authentication/subscription).
