Roku Premier Support

My Roku device is stuck on the loading page with the jumping letters. I have pressed the reset button numerous times, held it down, unplugged and held it down still nothing. It was previously working then would not connect to my WiFi then when pressed “restart device” this issue occurred

Doesnt sound good. So youve held the reset down a good

30 seconds with it plugged in to power. And it just wont boot up

as youve given it plenty of time. Mightve been dead and this is

why it was not connected to wifi. Sounds like its beyond warranty.

If you have an sd memory card installed, try removing it then see if your Roku will start up normally.

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your device to see if that resolves your issue.
