I have restarted my Roku Express several times and I have a very good internet connection. I have followed all of the steps to update my software but I keep on getting a notification that verification failed and I receive an error code 006. I did all of the troubleshooting tips and it still will not allow my system to update my software. I have an excellent internet connection. How do I get this resolved? Why can't I actually speak to a Roku tech support?
