Recently purchased a Roku Express + set from Roku directly. I have connecting using the RCA (audio visual cables) connection NOT HDMI and NOT USB. All is working fine. Except, the Roku box is warm/hot to the touch. Not sure why it feels as if it is overheating. No warning labels come up to say box is overheating. Is this normal or is the product defective?
Thanks for the inquiry.
It's fairly normal for your device to get warm during use, but if you are seeing a message on screen mentioning overheating, there are a few things you can do to help.
