Who made your Roku TV? They aren't made by Roku themselves, and the manufacturer is who provides support for them.
It sounds like something became corrupted in the OS. For TVs, you can download OS updates to a thumb drive and try that. https://tvupdate.roku.com/
You also might try forcing the factory reset yourself by using the recessed reset button somewhere on the back of the set. Hold the button for no less than 30 seconds, regardless of what's happening on the screen. That might get you past whatever is corrupt in the OS now.
