Hey guys! Update your firmware! I just got the OS 9.1 update a couple weeks ago, and it hasn't done the squashed video thing since! I would encourage everyone having this issue to check it out and post updates here if you've seen results either way.
That's correct, OS updates roll out slowly. Feel free to PM me with your Roku account email address and your device serial number from Settings>System>About. I'll see what other help we can provide in the meantime.
