How do you get a real person to look at a problem instead using help blogs with generic answers that mean nothing? Im having a issue with Roku and VRV anime.. Couple of days ago subtitles quit on some (a lot). They appear on the phone and desktop, not thru Roku. Has to be their issue. But they are so big there's no customer service. About ready to cancel and pitch it. Others from across the country have had same issue
