When I perform the Smart View Mirror Screen function on a Galaxy Crown to a Roku, I receive the message "On the device you're trying to connect to, unplug the power cable and plug it in again." I do this repeatedly and still receive the same message. We have 2 Roku devices, and both give this same message. Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks!
