I just installed a new Roku at my small business and don’t want either one of my 2 employees to be able to make changes to my acct or add/delete anything or charge anything. All I want them to be able to do is watch tv on one of the stations I have already installed on the device. I don’t want them to even be able to do add or delete channels. What do I have to do to make sure my acct is secure when I’m not at work?
You can log onto your account on https://my.roku.com, go to https://my.roku.com/account/pin, and set (or change) a PIN. Be sure to keep both your login password and chosen pin a secret from your employees.
You can also choose from several security options as to what actions will require the entry of the PIN, including when adding a channel and making a purchase.
I can't find any way to prevent unauthorized channel removal, though.
