Is there a way with a Roku stick, where when you turn on the tv, it will automatically go to your cable company stations or to a specific station?  I am having to do 6 different steps just to get to my cable company stations.  Help

No.

However, the app you want it to go to, you can put as the first item on your menu. Then it's a matter of hitting OK twice from the HOME position of the main menu.

If you turn off the 1-touch play setting, that should help as long as your TV input is set to the cable box. That works for me.
