I am glad there is a workaround, but I still feel that Roku should investigate what could have caused this and fix it.
I too do not have the roku TV, just various versions of devices.
Roku 2 and roku express (and two of the older versions)
I tried several times to call them, however Covid has disabled their ability to handle customer service calls....that a new symptom for ya....”may effect customer service calls” haha!
At least we figured a solution!
Where do you go to set up parental controls to require a pin before viewing rated r shows? I have not been able to figure out how to do this.
@Scootermom, the PIN you set at https://my.roku.com/account/pin only applies to The Roku Channel. Other channels/apps may or may not have their own way to set parental controls.
