PIN REQUIRED TO VIEW CONTENT

It now pops up (when I click to view content) that I need to enter a PIN to view content. It’s new to me because I never added one.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What channel does this issue occur on? What kind of content were you trying to watch? Do you have parental controls setup on your Roku device?

The only channel I know that has a setting to prevent viewing with a pin is Vudu, but it has to be set up that way. If it is Vudu and you don't know the pin, just deleting the channel from the roku, when you add it back the pin is gone. And has to be set up again per device. Its not global across devices.
