Online Roku account says no device is linked, but I've been using device for a long time.
I've been using my Roku device for over a year, but wanted to add a service today. When I go online to my Roku account, it says I have no devices linked to it. When I tried to link my device, the website asks for the code on the TV screen, but there is no code showing because the device has long been in use. Any ideas?
