Every since OS 10 update every app closes within 15 minutes. I have TCL 40-inch 1080p Smart LED Roku TV - 40S325, 2019 Model. Also the new AirPlay feature sets up, shows my living room tv, but when I go to mirror screen from my IPhone 12 Pro Max it comes up with an error basically saying it can’t connect. My TV is basically worthless now. I can watch cable and Roku channels but nothing that I bought it for.
When I receive a new Roku software version, I do this:
Force an additional software update via: Settings > System > System update > Check now This usually results in a bunch of channel updates.
Restart the system, just for good measure via: Settings > System > System restart Or for my Roku TV: Settings > System > Power > System restart
After this, I have few or none of the problems people usually report after receiving a new Roku version.
This time, after receiving Roku 10, my TCL Roku TV needed one more restart to eliminate some problems with the Local Channels guide and Directv on HDMI 1.
