I had a Roku TV earlier when i had created the Roku account and i had installed few applications like Netflix and Youtube during that time. It allowed me and gave me the option to add/install new application. Now i have a regular smart TV and I bought a Roku express to stream applications. But I am not getting any option to Install New Application(like HBO) in the TV using Roku express. Please help.
Thanks in Advance!
It's not clear what you're asking. You can find channels to install under Streaming Channels on the home screen or at https://channelstore.roku.com/browse
You install the channels to the Roku, not the tv.
Set your tv to display the HDMI port to which you have connected the Roku. Use your Roku remote to view the Streaming channels available from the left hand column.
If you have not already installed your Roku, you need to do this first. If you need help with this, here's an instructional video from Roku: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bz5f4rkQ7Bw
Thanks for your response @renojim
I would like to clarify that i have my roku set up in TV using roku express device, logged in with my roku ID and i would like to stream HBO Now, Hulu, amazon prime videos. But i do not find the applications in the "Streaming Channels" options in Roku TV. Neither i find the option to add them. Please advise.

Neither i find the option to add them. But i do have netflix and youtube which i had added 4 years back when i had created my roku account. During that time, i remember it allowed me to add and install new applications. But now i do not see any options to add them.

Where are you located?
@renojim is this issue related to where i am located
If you're not located in the U.S. then there's a good chance that's your problem. Not all channels are available in all regions.
