Last night my TV was working fine turned it off and this morning it comes on black picture and no sound. Have unplugged it and let sit plugged back in something. Tried different remote nothing. Can't find reset button no way to turn TV on and off with out remote.  Help I need my TV.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
