This is directed at ROKU, Roku support, or someone in the company who knows what the issue is. This has been asked by others, with the same useless response. I AM in the United States, I have 6 other Roku devices that all work fine. This one will not let me search for channels, it only shows short lists of suggestions. Why is that feature not showing up?
One answer I saw said to create another Roku account. I can't and use the same email. I'm not creating a new email account to try to fix this problem.
