I'm having trouble installing themes on my Roku tv. It's keeps asking me to put in my pin but Everytime I do it's says "invalid pin" I even turned of the pin at the my.roku.tv but it keeps asking me to put in a pin.
On your Roku TV go to Settings/System/About and note the email address shown near the top which identifies your Roku account.
Now in a web browser on your computer or mobile device log into your account at https://my.roku.com using that same email address. You can set or update the PIN for your Roku account there.
While in that section you can also specify when the PIN will be required. I would suggest at least requiring the PIN when making any purchases.
