There are appa I am logged into with my Cable Provider on my Roku. I want to be certain that once I "unlink" My account from that Roku, no one will be able to access those apps with my Cable Provider username/password.
Go to cable provider and change the email and password associated with cable account. Don't sign in to roku you don't want others to use.

Please be aware that unlinking a device does not close your Roku account or cancel any Roku billed subscriptions you may have. It only removes that device from your account. If you intend to return, sell or give away your Roku device you should perform a factory reset before doing so.
