Monotone voice describes every page

Last night, a monotone voice began describing every page that came up when I turned on ROKU. How do I turn it off?

Never mind. I just fixed it. It was found by going to SETTINGS, ACCESSIBILITY, SCREEN READER

this happens when you tap the star button repeatedly on my 4k stick, repeated tapping will deactivate it
