My "stick" (3600 ?) is installed and appears to work as advertised. But when i go online on the PC ("my account") there are no linked devices shown. The screen allows entering a "link code" but it is not apparent how to display the link code. Since the stick appears to work OK is a link code needed ?

A link code is needed as it part of the activation process and links your device to your Roku account.
When you installed the Roku Streaming Stick, how did you activate your device? Was the device brand new?
