Linking device

When I first set up my roku TV everything worked as it should. Im now trying to add a hidden channel and it keeps telling me I currently have no devices linked to my account. How do I fix this issue? I'm trying to add the channel with my smartphone but it won't work.

Make sure the email address that shows under Settings->System->About matches the email address you're using to log in at https://my.roku.com .
