Twice today when I turn on my tv and Roku it asks me to activate my Roku almost like it’s the first time I have used it. I enter in my email and do the activation. My channels seem to still have my accounts working but the channels are arranged in a different order. When I’m on the Roku app on my phone it shows that the device is on the network.
Log in to https://my.roku.com and see what devices are tied to your account. Do you see any you don't recognize?
Also, what is the pedigree of the device? Did someone else every own it? Did you share your Roku account with others?
Are you sure your Roku isn't in guest mode?
As a precaution, change your Roku account password.
