"It seems there are no players linked to your Roku account". Where do you see this? On your Roku account when you log into https://my.roku.com ?
On your Roku device, if you go to Settings > System > About, what email address is shown? Is it really your email address, and is it the one associated with your Roku account at https://my.roku.com ?
