Got the add of the screen, its from the tv. If you try clearing it up through the general settings and you don't have a demo mod in settings look at your tv remote and find the tool button key, press that a box will appear scroll down to E-OPP turn that to off, it will remove the add's this worked.

E-OPP - well at least they came up with an intuitively obvious name for it! [Sarcasm!]
