I have questions NOT covered on the ROKU site and can not find any to contact ROKU to ask them
I have COX COMM as my TV provider. Most providers/apps are included like the ones I have: Netflix, Prime...and plan on buying others during this pandemic. Prime is my biggest issue as the Cox REMOTE can not, will not control PRIME features like subtitles, etc... A friend advised ROKU might.
Therefore, if I use ROKU to access PRIME, will their remote COMMUNICATE better with PRIME FEATURES.
