How to turn off a voice that speaks when I navigate through menus.

How do I turn off the soft voice that talks when I am using the remote to navigate the menus? I accidentally did something that turned it on and can't find anywhere in settings or audio to turn it off. It's a soft spoken robotic voice. It even speaks when I fast forward in the DVR. Thank you.

The shortcut to turn the voice on and off is to press Option * key 4 times.

If you want disable it from happening again:

Settings> Accessibility> scroll to Shortcut> disable

This did not work for me…. 

I finally was successful by the following……..

Settings / Accessibility/ Audio Guide/ OFF

YAY!!  The voice was driving me crazy…..
