How to play videos from a web browser to a ROKU TV

I have a ROKU TV and wants to play videos from a web browser. How can I do that?

With some windows 10 laptops and android phones you can mirror the screen to the Roku.  https://support.roku.com/article/208754928

Otherwise you need to find an app/channel on the roku that can access the content you want.
