How to have 2 roku's with independent apps that can't be seen by the other
Not following your question. Roku players don't "talk" to each other. They are stand-alone players for the display they are connected to. You can't send something from one Roku to another. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
If you mean that both Rokus are registered to the same Roku account, but the same channels aren't available on both Roku devices, that could be that one of the Roku players isn't supported by that channel. But if both Rokus are the same model, that shouldn't happen. Exactly what model Roku devices do you have? Model numbers, not names, please.
Dan Roku Stick (3600), Ultra (4640), Ultra (4670), Premiere (3920), Insignia 720p Roku TV, Sharp 4K Roku TV, Nvidia Shield, Windows 10 Pro x64 running Serviio and Plex on a wired Gigabit network.

Thanks for the inquiry.
Are you asking if it is possible to have two devices with different channels on each, as opposed to having the same channels on both device? If that is the case, you would need two different Roku accounts linked to each of their devices.
