How do I delete Automated Roku woman's voice on ESPN Plus

Every time I'm watching any sport on ESPN Plus, the "automated" Roku woman's voice comes on EVERY 2 MINUTES reminding me of the game title I'm watching (this is on streaming TV....not my computer). How do I change some setting to permanently DELETE her nuisance reminders? Thanks

If it's only happening on ESPN+ then it has to be something within that channel/app.  If it's happening everywhere, disable it in the Accessibility settings (or try pressing * on your remote four times).
