“Check software upgrade” appears after turning into on after a week. I CANNOT actually click the UPGRADE button in order to complete this. I also cannot do anything by going to Home > Settings > System > System update bc the “check software upgrade” message won’t disappear, and it says there is nothing to update. How can I make this disappear?
We would recommend that you restart your device, as well as replace the batteries in your remote.
