Finding a Roku tv with Roku ultra (or equivalent) built in.

I currently own a Roku tv, an older Sharp Roku tv. I'm looking to upgrade because the Roku built into my television is very slow and takes an eternity to load apps. And it refuses to connect to wifi half the time. Does anyone know where I could find information about what rokus are built into the various televisions? I'm looking for a Roku ultra or equivalent, something very fast, that is built into a Roku television.

Thank you!

You can look at the official hardware specifications:

Wikipedia probably has more detailed information:

There's no reason to replace the whole TV.  Just connect an Ultra to your old Roku TV and have it default to the Ultra's input when it powers up.  You can configure the remote that comes with the Ultra to control the power and volume of the TV and you'll only need the TV remote if you want to watch your local OTA (over the air) channels or to change inputs to another device.
