I am using a Roku Premiere serial # 3920x.

I dislike that when I fast forward with my streaming device I can't see where I am in the program. It only shows the minutes going forward. Is there any device that allows you to see where you are while fast forwarding?

Depends on the Channel/app you are watching.  For some, all you get is the "time" location.  In others, sometimes you get the little image/scene location while rewinding and fast forwarding.
