How hard would it be to add a 15 minute auto shut off instead of the long 4 hour shut off?

Android TVs you can set to shut off at multiple different time intervals, as little as 10 minutes.

4 hours is a waste of power.

The 4 hour bandwidth saver has little to nothing to do with saving power (and it doesn't turn off the device).  It's to save data for people with caps on their Internet service.  Most Roku devices now have a "power saving" feature under Settings->System->Power.  My experience is that it doesn't save much power on a device that doesn't use much in the first place.
