I have a  sharp 58" roku tv and I have recently been getting the same message. Is this an update gone wrong because mine isn't a device it's a TV. I've had this TV for 2 years and never got this message before.

Please contact your TV manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
