Erase roku tv that isn’t linked?

I gave away my roku tv and that person gave it to someone else (without me knowing) I hadn’t erased the tv because I hadn’t used it in so long it didn’t even occur to me but also because I was giving it to a neighbor. The person they gave it to is using my logged in accounts. I’ve logged out of what I know I was logged into but idk what else might be logged into. I have the TV on my roku app like to use as a remote but I never logged in or linked it. Is there anyway to erase the tv?  (It’s a TCL roku)

Log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com and unlink the device.

It was never linked, that’s the issue. But I do have it still on my app (that’s not logged into any account) so that if the TV we’re here I could use my phone as a remote.

It was never linked to your account?  So you never had access to any of the Roku functions when you were using it?

Assuming you're referring to the official Roku app for mobile devices, it finds any Roku that is connected to your home network.  If the old set is being found by your Roku app, then that means that set is connected to your network.  Is the new owner near enough to you that he could be piggy backing on your wifi?  You may need to change the password on your network.
