Not sure where this would go.
This morning I went to use my Roku and the side where there is settings, search channels, etc., is not there. My channels are there and they work fine, no problem.
I have unplugged the Roku stick and restarted my modem/internet connection, yet it is still not working.
Has anyone had this problem before?
Can you use the left arrow to scroll the screen over to where you can access the menu on the left?
It sounds like the Roku is sending you a higher resolution than your tv can display. If you can arrow left and get the menu to work, try Settings > Display type and setting your Roku to your tv's actual resolution, not Auto detect.
Hi makaiguy
Thank you for replying
No, it does not go left. I have tried. I even reset the TV settings in case it was the TV itself.
If I could get it to go to the left, then I will change the resolution setting.
I have been using this stick for over 2 years, with no issues until today.
I will see what happens tomorrow. At least I still have my channels.
Again, thank you.
Hi Makaiguy,
Sorry I took so long to respond.
I did follow your suggestion about using another HDMI port and it worked!! I had actually unplugged the Roku stick for a couple of days before I did that, and then plugged it back in.
Thank you so much for your help.
